1.Purpose

This policy promotes transparency regarding requests for customer and user information received from governmental authorities in connection with our websites, products, and services. Nothing in this policy limits the obligations of Diversified Universal LLC or its companies under applicable law or any valid legal process. Where a specific company or offering maintains its own supplemental policy, that documentation applies in addition to the general principles described here.

4.Review of Requests

When appropriate, we may review requests to determine whether they appear to be issued by an authority with lawful jurisdiction, identify the requested information with reasonable specificity, be legally sufficient on their face, and require a response under applicable law. We may seek clarification from the requesting authority where appropriate before responding.
