Diversified Payday Acceptable Use Policy

1.Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all customers, authorized users, website visitors, and other persons who access or use the websites, products, and services of Diversified Universal LLC and its companies. It is incorporated into the terms and conditions applicable to the offering you use. Capitalized terms not defined in this policy have the meanings assigned in those terms.

2.General Requirement

An offering may be used only for lawful purposes, by authorized persons, in accordance with applicable law, the applicable terms and conditions, this policy, and within the functions and permissions made available. If you access an offering on behalf of an organization, that organization is responsible for the conduct of its authorized users and for activity performed through its account.

3.Prohibited Illegal Activity

An offering may not be used to violate federal, state, local, or other applicable law; facilitate criminal conduct; conceal unlawful payments; evade taxes; falsify records; obstruct a government investigation; launder money; fund unlawful activity; or assist another person in violating the law. We may restrict access or report activity where required by law.

4.Fraud and Misrepresentation

You may not create accounts using false identities, misrepresent your authority to act on behalf of another person or entity, impersonate another person or organization, manipulate records to obtain money or benefits to which you are not entitled, or misrepresent your eligibility for discounts, trials, credits, or special pricing. We may request verification where fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected.

5.Bank and Payment Information

You may not enter or use bank or payment information without proper authorization, attempt to debit or credit an account unlawfully, submit test or demonstration information for live financial processing, circumvent validation or certification requirements, or misrepresent account ownership. You are responsible for reviewing any financial information and instructions before submitting them for processing.

6.Security Restrictions

You may not attempt to access another person's information without authorization, share individual credentials, circumvent authentication or bypass permissions, probe or test systems without authorization, introduce malicious code, disable security controls, interfere with logging or audit records, launch denial-of-service activity, or attempt unauthorized administrative access. Suspected vulnerabilities should be reported to us rather than exploited or publicly disclosed before we have had a reasonable opportunity to remediate them.

7.Data and Privacy Misuse

You may not collect personal information without lawful authority, access records unrelated to your authorized purpose, use information for harassment, retaliation, or unlawful surveillance, sell information you do not own, use sensitive information for unauthorized marketing, or otherwise use an offering to violate privacy, consumer-protection, or data-security laws. You must limit access to personnel who have a legitimate business need.

8.Harassment and Harmful Conduct

An offering may not be used to harass, threaten, stalk, intimidate, defame, exploit, unlawfully discriminate against, or otherwise cause intentional harm to another person, or to distribute hateful, abusive, or violent content. Support channels may not be used to abuse, threaten, or harass our personnel or service providers.

9.Intellectual Property and Content Restrictions

You may not infringe copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, or other rights; upload content you are not authorized to use; remove ownership notices; copy protected content for redistribution; use our branding without permission; or reverse engineer protected portions of an offering except where applicable law prohibits that restriction. Information you submit remains subject to the rights and responsibilities described in the applicable terms and conditions.

10.System Integrity and Resource Abuse

You may not use excessive automated requests, scrape an offering, run unauthorized bots, create excessive accounts, abuse trial programs, generate artificial traffic, circumvent usage limits, interfere with performance, or attempt to consume unreasonable infrastructure resources. We may impose technical limits reasonably necessary to protect an offering.

11.Restricted Business Activities

We may prohibit or restrict use of an offering by businesses or activities that create unacceptable legal, financial, security, operational, or reputational risk, including illegal businesses, fraudulent operations, unlicensed regulated services, unlawful gambling, human trafficking and exploitation, money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, and businesses prohibited by service providers on which an offering relies. The availability of a category or option within an offering does not mean we have approved that activity.

12.Sanctions and Export Restrictions

You may not use an offering in violation of United States sanctions, export-control laws, anti-boycott requirements, restrictions administered by the United States Department of the Treasury or Department of Commerce, or other applicable trade restrictions. Offerings may not be used by or for prohibited persons, entities, jurisdictions, or activities.

13.Communications and Messaging

You may not use communications features made available through an offering to send spam or unauthorized marketing messages, violate messaging-consent requirements, mislead recipients, impersonate us, transmit unlawful or harmful content, circumvent opt-out requests, or harvest contact information. Additional requirements applicable to text messaging or other communication channels are described in the applicable company or offering documentation.

14.Support and Administrative Interactions

You must provide accurate information when requesting support and may not submit knowingly false claims, attempt to obtain access to another person's account, misrepresent your identity, request unauthorized account changes, abuse refund or dispute procedures, or threaten or harass personnel. We may require verification before making account, access, or security changes.

15.Circumvention

You may not attempt to avoid or circumvent applicable charges, account restrictions, security controls, plan or trial limitations, eligibility requirements, suspension, termination, privacy controls, verification requirements, or other technical protections. Creating a replacement account after suspension or termination without our approval is prohibited.

16.Monitoring and Investigation

We may review account activity, logs, support records, and technical information where reasonably necessary to maintain security, investigate suspected violations, prevent fraud, respond to legal process, protect users, enforce our agreements, and maintain the integrity of an offering. We are not required to monitor every activity or prevent every violation.

17.Enforcement

If we reasonably believe this policy has been violated, we may request information, require corrective action, restrict a feature, remove content, suspend a user or account, refuse support for prohibited activity, terminate access, preserve relevant records, notify affected parties or service providers, and report activity where legally required. Enforcement decisions may consider severity, intent, risk, repetition, harm, cooperation, and whether the violation can be corrected. Immediate action may be taken where delay could create harm, fraud, unauthorized access, legal exposure, or security risk.

18.Reporting Violations

Suspected misuse, fraud, unauthorized access, or security concerns may be reported to Diversified Universal LLC at CustomerService@DiversifiedUniversal.com. Reports should include enough information to identify the account, conduct, or security issue involved, and contact information specific to a particular offering may also be available in the applicable company or offering documentation.

19.Changes to This Policy

We may revise this Acceptable Use Policy to reflect changes in law, risk, security, technology, or our offerings. When we make changes, we will update the effective date and, where appropriate, communicate material changes through an offering, our websites, or your account contact information.
