1.Scope
This consent applies to visitors to our websites, customers, authorized users, and individuals authorized to act on behalf of a customer in connection with our websites, products, and services. 15.Legal Effect
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, electronic records are legally valid, electronic signatures have the same legal effect as handwritten signatures, electronic notices satisfy written-notice requirements, and electronic agreements are enforceable in accordance with their terms. This legal effect is intended to be consistent with the federal E-SIGN Act and applicable state UETA. Nothing in this framework overrides a legal requirement that cannot lawfully be modified by agreement.
