1.Scope

This consent applies to visitors to our websites, customers, authorized users, and individuals authorized to act on behalf of a customer in connection with our websites, products, and services. It applies to all electronic records, disclosures, agreements, notices, acknowledgments, certifications, and signatures relating to an offering unless a separate written agreement expressly provides otherwise. This framework reflects our organization-wide approach to electronic communications, and any offering-specific practices are described in a company or offering supplement to this section.

By creating an account, accepting an agreement, using an offering, or otherwise interacting with us electronically, you consent to receive communications from Diversified Universal LLC and its companies electronically rather than in paper form. Electronic communications may satisfy legal requirements that a communication be provided in writing. This consent is provided under, and is intended to be governed by, the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN Act) and applicable state adoptions of the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA).

3.Electronic Notices

We may provide notices to you through the applicable product or platform, email, account dashboards, public website announcements, customer support channels, secure messages, electronic documents, or other reasonable electronic methods. We are generally not required to send paper copies of notices unless required by applicable law or specifically agreed to in writing. You should check the electronic channels associated with your account regularly so that you do not miss an important notice.

4.Electronic Agreements

Agreements, policies, disclosures, authorizations, certifications, and acknowledgments relating to our websites, products, and services may be presented to you electronically. This may include terms and conditions, privacy and cookie policies, billing authorizations, user acknowledgments, security acknowledgments, and other compliance notices associated with an offering. Electronic presentation of these materials has the same force and effect as presentation on paper, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

5.Electronic Signatures

Electronic signatures include actions such as clicking an acceptance button, selecting an approval checkbox, typing your name where requested, using an authenticated account to approve an action, or confirming a certification through an offering's interface. When legally permitted, these actions constitute your electronic signature and indicate your agreement under applicable electronic-signature laws, including the federal E-SIGN Act and applicable state UETA.

6.Electronic Certifications

Certain actions available through our websites, products, and services may require an electronic certification, such as confirming that information you have submitted is accurate, authorizing a change to your account, or acknowledging a policy or notice. We may retain these certifications as part of your account records. Providing a certification electronically has the same effect as providing it in writing, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

9.Email Address Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining a current, accurate email address and other contact information on file with us. 13.Updating Contact Information

You must promptly update your email address, telephone number, mailing address, and any authorized contacts associated with your account when this information changes. 14.Security

Electronic communications may contain sensitive information. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials, securing the devices you use to access an offering, logging out of shared computers, using trusted networks, reviewing account activity, and promptly reporting any unauthorized access. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, electronic records are legally valid, electronic signatures have the same legal effect as handwritten signatures, electronic notices satisfy written-notice requirements, and electronic agreements are enforceable in accordance with their terms. This legal effect is intended to be consistent with the federal E-SIGN Act and applicable state UETA. Nothing in this framework overrides a legal requirement that cannot lawfully be modified by agreement.
