It applies to website visitors, prospective and current customers, authorized users, and individuals who contact us or receive authorized communications from us. Where a customer's own end users, personnel, or third parties have information entered on their behalf in connection with a particular offering, additional company-specific or offering-specific privacy terms may apply and will be identified in the applicable supplement. 2.Our Roles

We may process information in different capacities depending on the relationship and activity involved. Where a customer submits information about its own personnel, clients, or other third parties in connection with an offering, the customer generally determines why that information is processed, and we process it to provide the contracted services. For information collected directly through our websites, account administration, billing, support, security systems, and our own business operations, we generally determine the purposes and methods of processing. Individuals seeking to exercise rights concerning information entered by a customer on their behalf should generally contact that customer first; we will provide reasonable assistance where appropriate and legally required. Offering-specific documentation describes these roles in more detail where they vary.
