Partner Shipping and Fulfillment Policy

Shipping

Shipping for all purchases is typically completed within 1–4 business days, depending on order volume in the fulfillment queue. In some cases, orders may ship the same business day.

Shipping Costs and Absorption

Partners are responsible for all shipping costs unless otherwise waived through promotion, written contract, or another approved exception.

As part of our partner program, we absorb up to $25 per partner per rolling 30-day period in shipping costs. This rolling 30-day period is calculated on a continuous basis and is not tied to a calendar month.

If shipping costs exceed the absorbed amount within any rolling 30-day period, the excess shipping costs will be billed separately prior to shipment and must be paid before the order is released for fulfillment.

Shipping benefits are not applied on a per-order basis and may be evaluated based on order size, weight, destination, shipping method, order frequency, or aggregate volume within a rolling 30-day period. We reserve the right to consolidate orders, limit absorbed shipping, or apply freight shipping when appropriate.

Shipping Methods

We ship orders via USPS and UPS. Shipping methods are selected at our discretion based on the least expensive option that also provides the fastest reasonable delivery time. Shipping methods may vary from order to order.

If you have specific carrier or shipping requirements, those must be disclosed to your account representative in advance and may be subject to additional costs if you exclude more cost efficient options.

Expedited and Special Shipping

If you require expedited shipping (such as overnight or priority services), please contact us through our website prior to shipment. We will confirm availability and provide applicable shipping fees for your approval and payment before proceeding.

Large and Bulk Orders

Large or bulk orders may require alternative shipping methods, including multi-package shipments or freight. In such cases, shipping costs may be quoted or billed separately prior to shipment and must be paid before fulfillment.

Local Delivery

Local delivery MAY be possible within a set radius of Portage, IN if shipping costs exceed the $25 allowance at a significantly lower cost.

Shipment Confirmation

Partners will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information at the time the order ships.
