Affiliate Agreement

Pre-launch notice: Diversified Affiliates is currently in development. These terms cover use of this website, the waitlist, and any pre-launch access granted by invitation. Full commercial terms will be published before public launch, and participants will be notified of material changes.

1. Scope

This agreement applies to affiliates who promote merchant programs on the Diversified Affiliates network. During pre-launch it applies to test participation only.

2. Promotion standards

• Promote only programs you have been approved for, using approved links and creatives.
• Do not misrepresent a merchant, its products, pricing, or availability.
• Follow each program's stated channel restrictions, including paid search and email rules.

3. Disclosures

You must clearly disclose affiliate relationships wherever required by law or platform policy, in a way a reasonable consumer would notice before clicking.

4. Prohibited traffic

• Incentivised, bot, or otherwise non-genuine traffic.
• Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, typosquatting, or trademark bidding where restricted.
• Adware, malware, or unauthorised browser extensions.

5. Commissions

Commissions are earned on valid, tracked conversions that survive the merchant's review window. Conversions from prohibited traffic are not payable and may result in removal.

6. Payouts

Payouts follow the schedule and minimum threshold published for each program. You are responsible for the accuracy of your payment and tax details.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate with notice. We may suspend an account immediately for suspected fraud or serious policy breach.
