1. Information we collect
- Waitlist details: name, email, company, website, phone, role, interest, and comments you provide.
- Account details: email, name, and authentication data for invited pre-launch users.
- Feedback: reports and suggestions you submit inside the platform.
- Referral data: referring URL and UTM campaign parameters, where present.
2. How we use it
We use this information to evaluate waitlist requests, issue invitations, operate and secure the pre-launch platform, respond to you, and improve the product. We do not sell personal information.
3. Legal basis and consent
Where consent is the basis for contacting you, you provide it when submitting the waitlist form. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.
4. Sharing
We share personal information only with service providers who host our infrastructure, deliver email, and secure the platform, under contractual confidentiality obligations, or where required by law.
5. Retention
Waitlist entries are retained while your request remains relevant to launch and for a reasonable period afterwards. Account data is retained while your account is active.
6. Security
Access is role-restricted, invitation codes are stored only as irreversible hashes, and database access is governed by row-level security policies.
7. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information, or ask us to stop contacting you.
8. Cookies
We use only the cookies and local storage necessary to operate the site and keep invited users signed in.
