Pre-launch notice: Diversified Affiliates is currently in development. These terms cover use of this website, the waitlist, and any pre-launch access granted by invitation. Full commercial terms will be published before public launch, and participants will be notified of material changes.

1. Who we are

Diversified Affiliates is a service of Diversified SaaS, Inc., a Diversified Universal LLC company ("we", "us"). These Terms govern your use of this website and any pre-launch access we grant you.

2. Acceptance

By using this site, joining the waitlist, or accessing the pre-launch platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or the platform.

3. Waitlist

Joining the waitlist is free and creates no obligation on either side. Submitting a request does not guarantee access. We may accept, decline, or postpone any request at our discretion.

4. Invitation-based access

• Invitation codes are personal to the invited email address and non-transferable.
• Codes may expire, be revoked, or be limited to specific roles.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• Pre-launch access may be modified or withdrawn at any time.

5. Pre-launch software

Pre-launch access is provided "as is" and may contain defects, incomplete features, or data that is reset without notice. Do not rely on the pre-launch platform for production business operations.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform. See our Acceptable Use Policy for details. We may suspend access for conduct that violates that policy or applicable law.

7. Intellectual property

The platform, its content, and the Diversified Affiliates brand are owned by us or our licensors. Feedback you submit may be used to improve the platform without obligation or compensation.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or pre-launch platform.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
