Merchant Agreement

Pre-launch notice: Diversified Affiliates is currently in development. These terms cover use of this website, the waitlist, and any pre-launch access granted by invitation. Full commercial terms will be published before public launch, and participants will be notified of material changes.

1. Scope

This agreement applies to merchants who operate an affiliate program on the Diversified Affiliates network. During pre-launch it applies to test programs only.

2. Program terms

• Merchants define commission rates, cookie duration, and approval criteria.
• Program terms must be accurate, complete, and applied consistently to all partners.
• Material changes must be communicated to active partners before taking effect.

3. Tracking and reporting

Merchants must implement tracking as documented and must not suppress, alter, or duplicate conversion events. Reporting available to partners reflects the merchant's reported data.

4. Commissions and payouts

Merchants are responsible for approving valid conversions within the stated review window and funding payouts on the published schedule. Reversals require a documented reason such as a return, cancellation, or fraud.

5. Compliance

Merchants must ensure their offers, creatives, and claims comply with applicable advertising and consumer protection law, and must not require partners to make unsupported claims.

6. Partner relationships

Merchants may approve, decline, or remove partners for legitimate reasons but must not withhold earned commissions for conversions delivered in compliance with program terms.

7. Term and termination

Either party may terminate with notice. Commissions accrued before termination for compliant conversions remain payable.
