Governing document
The Universal AI and Automated Assistance Framework applies to Diversified Engage in full. The provisions below are the Diversified Engage supplement to it, and the more specific document controls where the two differ.
Automation in Engage
Diversified Engage automates operational work you configure: pacing a queue, applying recipient protections and suppression, holding messages during quiet hours, routing Website Message notifications to the recipients you choose, running scheduled processing, and recording outcomes. These are rule-based functions that follow the settings on your account.
Diversified Engage does not currently use generative artificial intelligence to write campaigns, answer messages, or make decisions about people. It does not decide who you may contact. Those decisions remain yours. If automated assistance is added, this document will be updated and the Universal AI and Automated Assistance Framework will apply.

Diversified Engage is a service of Diversified SaaS, Inc., a wholly owned company of Diversified Universal LLC.
